All forms and documents were explained thoroughly, so there was never any confusion on our part about their purpose. When we received the settlement documents, Roger had already described to me the process leading to the result, so the settlement figure was not some mysterious number. Furthermore, everything was clearly itemized, allowing me to see the full breakdown of the different fees and allocations resulting in the share payable to my father. Full transparency. I want to emphasize that I consider this degree of communicativeness to be a special level of good service.
